When you submit our enquiry form, we use your name, contact details, location and message only to understand and respond to your request. The website emails the submission to our charity mailbox and does not create a public account or store it in a website database.

Please do not send identity documents, medical information or financial details through the form. We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, legal duties and charity records. You may request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@flexirelief.org.uk.

Essential session cookies may be used for security and rate-limiting. We do not use advertising cookies.
